Finally!
At long last, the scale showed a .8# loss this morning, and that put me to 206.4, which is .6 lbs below my Last Injection Weight! I fervently hope that the last portion of this round will take me into the 190's. If I don't have any other weird mistakes (like mixing the batch too weak), then things should be good!
I'm noticing that I still have a LOT of hunger this time, in spite of drinking a LOT of water and tea, so am wondering about the efficacy of the current batch. I plan to try to make it through this week, and then use my next 5000 IU ampoule.
Have been playing around with some recipes in the hopes of getting more "volume" to my meals. I love the idea from the HCG Cookbook about using shredded cabbage as "noodles", which makes a great base for the meat, and they also do well with the various seasonings. I had been just cutting cabbage up into chunks and steaming it, but this way is certainly more versatile.
Hopefully, my posts for the rest of this round will show some good losses. Thanks to those of you who are still reading - I love it when you comment!

Just found the website and thought how awesome. My friend and I just started the diet, our Dr. started us in phase 2, and in a week and a half I've lost 14.1 lbs. It is encouraging to read all the blogs and hear all the success. I need to lose about 50 lbs. So hopefully that is approximately where you are at and we can keep each other motivated.

I am also a Susan but go by Sue. I just started the diet 1 1/2 weeks ago and have 50 more lbs. to lose. I already lost 14.1 but know that quick loss can't last forever. Love the photos. Keep up the great job and happy losing.

seems to me that you should be losing alot more, at this point in my protocol i was losing a steadt 1-2 pounds per day! Although i weight alot more at 260lbs i have know people your size to lose more also.
At least your losing thats all that counts i guess! Kee up the good work.
