VLCD #15:
Well, here I am, still following the VLCD exactly as I should, and I'm still 1.8 lbs above LIW. I've been doing my injections at the proper dosage for 4 days now, so you would think that things would pick up a little bit. Instead, I'm still feeling hungry and very frustrated that I've still not made any progress at all - hence the grumpiness.
Still, the scale is moving downward, and I guess that's what counts.
