Sunday, September 14

Since I posted last, I thought I'd better quit while I'm ahead and go ahead and reset my hypothalmus with Phase 3 before the hunger and negative mental stuff got to me. This last round was 5000 IU spent relosing what I gained from my long break. Not a pleasant thing to have to admit, but at least I got it back off.

So now, I'll spend at least 3 weeks on the Protein phase, weighing every day and maintaining my lowest weight. Am hoping that getting plenty of lean protein and "good fats" in now will help with the insatiable hunger that I've been feeling the last week or so. I'm just now to the point where I don't feel like I could eat my own right arm - I can only think that the efficacy of the hCG was not there.

So - onward and downward! And thanks to you ladies who have posted - it really DOES help to know that our friends are following us on this journey. Positive reinforcement is a good thing! thanks so much for reading!

thanks for posting us an update Susan, only a handfull of the original hcg challengers are remining its good to see you in the final 10.

Hi can i ask what you were using the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) for or did you mean HCG or are they the same thing? i am thinking about going on this diet and trying to gather all the information i can before i start.

Thanks for the comments, everybody. I'll be starting back up in a couple of weeks, so will see you then.

As for the HGH, that was a big typo! The only thing I've used is hCG, so please don't anyone think that there's anything more to this than what is written in Dr. Simeons' protocol. Sorry for the typo - I have edited my post to correct!
